Volume 01.

Coffee Chat ☕

Inquiry Form

Begin by filling out the inquiry form. This helps the studio gain a clear understanding of your business, goals, and the type of branding support needed. The more details provided, the easier it is to assess the best approach for your project.

Discovery Call

If the project is a good fit, a free 30–60 minute discovery call will be scheduled. This is an informal, no-pressure conversation to discuss:

  • Business ethos and values
  • Brand goals and long-term vision
  • Challenges and pain points
  • Expectations for the project

This is an opportunity to determine whether the collaboration is the right match.

Custom Proposal

After the call, a personalised proposal will be sent, detailing:

  • The recommended package
  • Project scope and deliverables
  • Estimated timeline
  • Investment breakdown
  • Next steps

Once the proposal is accepted, the onboarding process begins.

Volume 02.

On-Boarding 🔑

Agreement & Deposit

Before work officially begins, an agreement will be provided outlining the terms and conditions of the project. This ensures transparency and sets expectations for both parties.

To secure the project, a deposit (first invoice) will be required. This confirms the booking and allows the creative work to start with clarity and confidence.

Client HQ Access

Once confirmed, access will be granted to the Client HQ Portal—a dedicated space where all project materials, timelines, and essential documents are stored. Inside, you’ll find:

  • The official onboarding kit with everything needed to get started
  • A brand questionnaire (if applicable) to refine ideas and vision
  • Other onboarding tasks tailored to the package selected

Brand Asset Management

A structured system will be set up to store and share all brand assets. Depending on the package, this will be managed via:

  • Google Drive (ideal for streamlined file storage and easy collaboration)
  • Playbook (for advanced organisation and visual asset management)

This ensures all files remain accessible throughout the project.

Volume 03.

Brand Strategy 🏛️

Business Identity

A deep dive into the heart of the brand, defining:

  • Core values and brand philosophy
  • Tone of voice and key messaging
  • Target audience and positioning
  • Competitive analysis

This ensures the brand is built with purpose and strategy.

Moodboards

Two distinct, curated moodboards will be developed, each reflecting a unique visual direction. These will include:

  • Colour schemes
  • Typography inspiration
  • Imagery and aesthetic references

Once the preferred moodboard is selected, it will serve as the foundation for the next phase.

Volume 04.

Creative Direction 🪡

Research + Sketching

The journey begins with thorough research and creative exploration. At this stage, the focus is on understanding your business deeply, from audience insights to competitor analysis. Rough sketches, initial concepts, and mood explorations are created to visualise how your brand can stand out. The goal is to develop a clear strategy that will inform all design decisions, ensuring that every element—from logos to systems—is intentional, aligned, and ready to tell your unique story.

Brand Identity

For this stage, whether it’s the first time crafting your brand or a rebrand, we focus on refining and defining the visual and emotional elements that bring your business to life. This includes:

  • Developing and finalising logo concepts
  • Selecting a colour palette and typography that reflects your brand values
  • Creating graphic elements that support your brand’s visual language

Establishing clear brand guidelines for consistent messaging across all platforms.

Presentation + Revisions

Once the branding concepts are finalised, they will be presented in a clear, structured PDF document that outlines:

  • The final package
  • The thought process and rationale behind design choices
  • How each element works cohesively to represent the brand

At this stage, feedback is encouraged, and necessary revisions will be made to align the brand with your vision. The number of revisions offered depends on your selected package, ensuring we have enough time to fine-tune the details until everything feels just right.

Content Calendar

For social media-related packages, a detailed content calendar will be developed to support brand storytelling and audience engagement. This may include:

  • Content themes and pillars
  • Posting schedules and frequency
  • Caption and visual suggestions

Volume 05.

Off-Boarding 🥂

File Handover

Once the final designs are approved, all brand assets will be neatly packaged and delivered in various formats, ensuring versatility across digital and print use.

Brand Guidelines Document

A comprehensive Brand Guidelines Document will be provided, detailing:

  • How to use the logo and brand elements correctly
  • Typography and colour usage rules
  • Brand voice and tone consistency
  • Social media and marketing applications

This ensures brand cohesion moving forward.
